Shipping policy
Shipping
We are a New Zealand company that holds stock in Auckland and ship our parts nationwide. Pricing for shipping varies depending on your order and are calculated at checkout.
You should expect your products to arrive in 2 - 5 business days - Order processing takes 1 - 2 business days and shipping is 1 - 3 business days. Please note there may be additional delivery delays for rural addresses.
International Shipping
This is not part of our usual service. If you require international shipping please contact us to make special arrangements.
Checking goods when they arrive
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival.
Damaged Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to note the damage with the freight company at the time of delivery. If no damage is reported at the time of receipt, and we believe the damage occurred after dispatch, and the freight company does not accept liability, you will be required to accept and pay for the goods in the condition received.
If goods arrive damaged, contact our sales team immediately. We may request photos to help document the issue. If you need to use the goods before contacting us, please ensure you photograph the damage before unpacking or using the items.
Incorrect or Missing Goods
It is your responsibility to verify that the goods received match the delivery note included with your shipment. If the delivery note is missing or incorrect, or the items or quantities do not match the documentation, please contact our sales team immediately.
Returns and Refunds
At HWHP Parts Shop, we're committed to providing you with quality products and reliable service. We accept returns for full credit in the following cases:
- The order was processed or supplied incorrectly
- The product has a factory fault
- The product was damaged in transit
- We are otherwise responsible for the issue
To request a return, please complete and email our Product Return Form to info@waterheating.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.
We will respond within 3 business days, confirming whether your return has been accepted or declined (with an explanation). Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without prior approval via the completed return form.
If your return is approved:
- Please include a printed copy of the approved Product Return Form with the item.
- Items must be returned in good condition and suitable for resale.
- Returns will be inspected, and credit may be refused if items are damaged or not in resalable condition.
Note:
All freight costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Approved refunds will be credited to the purchaser's account.
