Shipping policy
Shipping within New Zealand
Hot Water Heat Pumps Ltd is a New Zealand-owned and operated company, and we dispatch stocked products from our Auckland facility to delivery addresses throughout New Zealand.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery address.
Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 days. Please allow:
- 1-2 business days for order processing
- Approximately 1-3 business days for delivery after dispatch
Delivery times may be longer for rural addresses, remote locations, or unusually large or heavy products.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed where delays are outside our reasonable control, including courier or freight delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International shipping
International shipping is not currently available as a standard online service.
If you require delivery outside New Zealand, please contact us at info@waterheating.co.nz before placing you order. We will assess whether international delivery can be arranged for your order.
Approved international orders may be subject to additional freight charges, duties, taxes, customs clearance costs and import requirements, which may be the responsibility of the owner.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your order when it arrives and check the contents against your order confirmation or delivery note.
If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number along with photographs where relevant.
If there is visible damage to the package when delivered, please also notify the carrier at the time of delivery where practical.
