Servicing for Heat Pump Water Heaters

Hot Water Heat Pumps recommends that you service your heat pump water heater on an annual basis to ensure the optimal ongoing performance of your heat pump.

We provide service to heat pump water heaters that are our own brand and almost all other brands of heat pump water heaters for the greater Auckland region. Our service rates include a minimum fee for the first hour, plus travel costs (GST excluded). If a fault is found during the inspection and you choose to proceed with repairs, additional charges for parts and labour will apply.

We have independent dedicated service agents located around the country who can service our heat pumps. They will have their own rates for service which you should query with them.

If you suspect there is a fault on your unit you may be covered under warranty. For warranty information on our brands please check the warranties section on our website.
